Products & Pricing
All products — including Haitian Cremas (Coconut, Ginger, Grenadia) and Green Epis seasoning — are handmade in small batches. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct pricing or typographical errors.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be received in full before products are shipped. We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide with care to preserve freshness. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Verne Saveur is not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are artisanal food items, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence for a replacement or refund.
